The hotel's surroundings were stunning, located just a short walk from a picturesque lake. the big rooms had lovely small terraces and comfortable beds. the helpful and friendly staff made the stay a pleasure. the breakfast was amazing, tasty and great value for money.
One of the bed covers was a little dirty.

Spent xmas here and the decorations were really nice, put us in a festive mood. The breakfast had a good selection of sweet pastries and the view of the mountains was amazing. You can't beat being so close to the lake, just a short walk away.
The room was small and cramped, we had to shuffle around the furniture to move around. The heating didn't work that well, it was very chilly at night.

We loved the location right off the beautiful lake for daily walks. Also, the amazing breakfast and the friendly staff made our stay comfortable. The room was spacious with a small terrace adding to the comfort.
Everything was spot on. No complaints!

We spent Easter weekend at a hotel in the mountains. the surroundings were beautiful, and there were lots of activities for kids like Easter egg hunting and horseback riding. the rooms were cozy, and the breakfast was excellent, with freshly made croissants and pastries on offer. We also liked that the hotel had a pool and sauna perfect for relaxation after a long day exploring the area.
The service was a letdown. the staff wasn't very friendly towards us, and the communication was a bit difficult because of the language barrier.

Nothing that I didn't like.
